Your campaigns

Where do Leadhaus leads come from?

Every contact is generated for one client against the audience criteria set during onboarding. We do not buy scraped lists and we do not resell client data.

Business to business sources

For B2B audiences, contacts are built from Companies House, professional registries, public LinkedIn data, and industry directories. These are public records, and use of them for relevant business outreach sits within UK GDPR legitimate interest.

Consumer sources, where applicable

For consumer facing campaigns, sources include HM Land Registry, planning permission portals, and public social conversations on platforms that permit data access. Consumer contact carries stricter rules under PECR, and campaigns are built accordingly.

How fresh the data is

Most contacts enter a client database within seven days of being generated. Live signals such as new company registrations and new Land Registry filings are typically days old rather than months, which matters because business email decays quickly.

Exclusivity

Contacts are generated for your business specifically. We do not run the same list across multiple clients, and we do not sell data on. On cancellation you receive a full export of your database.
