Cold email agency, UK
Cold email done properly, from list to reply
Cold email still works for businesses that sell to other businesses. What goes wrong is the set up: bought lists, sending from your own domain, no warming, generic copy. We handle all of it, from £197 a month.
You tell us who you want as customers. We do everything else and pass you the replies.
What a cold email agency should do for you
The list
Built fresh for your campaign against the brief you give us. Never bought, never shared with another client, and yours to export whenever you want.
The sending domain
A separate domain bought and set up for you, with the authentication records in place, then warmed for a fortnight. Your own address is never used.
The emails
A short sequence written for your business: who you help, why it matters to them, one easy question. No templates with your name dropped in.
The sending
Sent steadily rather than in bursts, watched daily, with bounces and opt outs removed straight away.
The replies
Passed to you sorted, with a plain English summary every Monday, including the weeks when not much happened.
The part most agencies skip
Deliverability. A high bounce rate tells mail providers you are writing to people you have no reason to contact, and above five percent it damages the sending domain fast. That is why we never send from your address and why every list is checked before it is used. More on this in what a good bounce rate is and how many cold emails to send a day.
Who runs it
There are two of us. Ashley takes your call before you buy. Tahar Ali, who builds AI tools that help small businesses scale, does your onboarding and runs your campaign himself. We run the same kind of outreach for our own businesses every day. If you want the wider service, see our B2B lead generation service.
Cold email questions, answered
Is cold email legal in the UK?
Yes, business to business cold email is lawful when it is done properly. PECR allows marketing emails to limited companies and public bodies without prior consent, every message must say who it is from and give a simple way to opt out, and sole traders are treated more like individuals. We only email businesses. Our full guide is in the help centre.
Will cold email damage my domain?
Not with us. We buy a separate sending domain for every client and never send from yours, warm it for a fortnight before a real email goes out, and build the volume up slowly while watching the bounce rate.
How much does a cold email agency cost?
Plans start at £197 a month (Starter) with the list, domain, writing, sending and reply sorting included, and Growth is £397 a month for businesses that want more outreach. Three month minimum, then month to month with thirty days notice.
Do you write the emails?
Yes. We write a short sequence for your business from what you tell us at onboarding, and change it if it is not landing rather than running the same thing for months.
What happens when someone replies?
Every reply comes to you, sorted into what it actually is: interested, wants a call, not interested, out of office or unsubscribed. Nothing is hidden to make the numbers look better.
