How does Leadhaus billing work?
One fixed price each month. No per email charges, no overage fees, no charges for unsubscribed contacts, and no add ons appearing later.
What the monthly fee covers
Contact generation, the sending infrastructure, campaign build and optimisation, deliverability management, and your dashboard. The price quoted is the price charged.
The minimum term
All plans carry a minimum commitment of three months from the date of first payment, because lead generation needs that long to produce a reliable pattern rather than early signals.
After three months the subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled by either party with thirty days written notice.
Refunds
UK customers purchasing as consumers rather than in the course of business have the right to cancel within fourteen days of sign up and receive a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. After that window the minimum term applies. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.
If a payment fails
We retry and notify you. Campaigns are paused rather than deleted while a payment issue is resolved, so nothing is lost. Extended non payment can lead to account closure in line with the Terms of Service.
